DESCR:		Cyber-Info Hotmail Notify an e-mail notification utility 
		that can check multiple Hotmail accounts for new mail. 
		A pop up message with sound lets you know that mail has 
		arrived. A Proxy server and hyperlink to accounts' folder 
		is supported.

                Since Hotmail has changed their web content, this version
                has changed accordingly.
